All-Hands Meeting

About the project

All-Hands is where the volunteer teams of IT Community of Uzbekistan meet face to face: what has been built, what comes next and who made it happen. It is an offline internal event, held once or twice a year.

One day where every team hears the same thing at the same time: updates on new and upcoming projects, new opportunities inside the community, where volunteers can get involved next, awards for the most active people, interactive activities and content challenges.

Five meetings

The whole community in one room.

All-Hands 2025

More than 200 volunteers in one hall.

On 7 September the annual meeting at the Tashkent State University of Economics brought together over 200 volunteers and was streamed on YouTube, so regional teams joined from across the country. Travel was covered for more than ten of the most active volunteers from the regions. For Akmaljon Murodov from Bukhara it was the first flight of his life. The day had project presentations from Demo Days to Girls in IT, a live coffee bar, games and quizzes, and awards for the most active volunteers and the LinkedIn contest winners.
