About the project

IT Quiz is the last step of the volunteer onboarding process. Onboarding starts in the volunteers bot and ends in the community group, and the quiz sits between them to confirm that a new volunteer knows how the community works before the first message.

The quiz is also required from members who break group rules. Going through the questions again is part of re-onboarding: a clear way back for the member, one shared procedure for moderators, and guidelines that stay known rather than published somewhere once.
