About the project
Joiner helps people find co-founders, team members and projects to join. You have a skill set and either an idea that needs people, or you are looking for a project worth your time. Joiner matches you on skills, experience, interests and what you are actually after.
Most products never get started for the same reason: the idea and the people who could build it are in the same city, sometimes in the same chat, and still never find each other. A founder with a market and a first version needs someone to build it and stay through the boring part. An engineer, designer or marketer with years behind them wants to own a product instead of closing tickets on someone else’s.
Who is on the platform
Founders, builders and the people in between.
Every profile shows skills, background, what the person brings and what kind of partner or project they are after. No guessing from a one-line bio.
- 01
Technical founders
Developers, ML engineers and DevOps who want to build their own product rather than take one more ticket from a backlog.
- 02
Business founders
People with an idea, a market they know well and business experience, looking for a technical partner.
- 03
Designers
UX and UI people who want to shape a product from the first screen, not from the tenth round of fixes.
- 04
Marketers
Growth and performance specialists who join early, own the launch and bring the first real users.
How it works
Four steps, no gatekeeping.

Where to start
Three routes into the platform.
- 01
Find a co-founder
Fill in your profile, open the people section, filter by role, skills and readiness, and send a request with one clear sentence about the project.
- 02
Build your team
Publish your project with its stage and the roles you need, shortlist people whose skills close a real gap and write to them directly.
- 03
Find a project to join
Your skills are exactly what founders search by. Read what each team is building and reach out where you close the gap, not where the pitch sounds good.
Why our own platform
Built for this market, not adapted to it.
Global co-founder platforms exist. None of them were made for a founder in Tashkent, Samarkand or Nukus.
- 01
Local focus
Built around the Uzbek ecosystem: the local market, local teams and people you can actually sit down with.
- 02
Profiles are checked
Moderation keeps browsing from turning into filtering out empty accounts and noise.
- 03
Balance of roles
Technical and business profiles are kept in balance, instead of a crowd of ideas with nobody to build them.
- 04
Three languages
Russian, Uzbek and English, so nobody is pushed into a language they are less comfortable in.
Price
Completely free.
The platform is in its early stage and keeps improving based on what people say. Ideas, suggestions and bug reports go through the feedback form on the platform or to [email protected].
